Case managers looking for new cases can join the network and make themselves available for case work as it comes in. Case managers currently using the E-REPORTS system to expand their business will receive preferential treatment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. CRC, CIRS (CDMS), CVE, CRRN, COHN, ONC, CCM, as well as any statutes specific to their occupation and adherence to the code of ethics specific to their certification.
   
   
2. Case managers and rehabilitation professionals who are registered nurses are subject to the requirements of the their state Nursing Practice Act.
   
   
3. Case managers and rehabilitation professionals who are licensed professional counselors are subject to the requirements of their state Licensed Professional Counselor's Act.
   
   
4. Case managers and rehabilitation professionals rendering services in cases subject to their specific state workers' compensation board or industrial commission rules shall upon request provide a resume of their qualifications and credentials during initial meetings with the parties and health care providers.
